PHASE 3: EDUCATION PROGRAM AND IMPLEMENTATION

To achieve the most out of a project we suggest implementing an education program for the clients and people assigned to manage the project after its development.  The education process should be run alongside the construction process.

Implementation is tied closely with the community for both social and economic reasons.  The education program, along with local employment for the labor force, reduces costs and instills a sense of ownership to the community.  Exos provides qualified consultants along with several support staff to oversee and support the construction process. This includes organizing material acquisition, plant purchase, project management, and supervision of construction.
