PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND DOCUMENTATION

This phase develops upon the concept report identifying potential sources for plant and construction materials. This phase also investigates and documents how everything will go together.  The documentation package includes plans, sections, and diagrams outlining exact quantities, elements, systems, materials, plant schedules, species lists, cost estimates, and timelines.
