PHASE 1: ASSESSMENT AND CONCEPT REPORT

The aim of the report is collate all our design concepts and ideas to illustrate the potential of the site while identifying any risks for your project.  The report becomes a comprehensive and high quality document that becomes the platform to begin development of the land.  The report can help clarify a client’s vision and outline design elements including water, energy, fertility, sewage systems, numbers/types and structures, landscape character, recreation, soil types, plant and animal species, potential income sources, phasing, timelines, material sourcing, and zoning.

The report is the most important phase in design and is collated after a client interview, site visits, and extensive research into the site and adjoining area. The report can have input from more than 20 specialized consultants from bamboo experts, to vets, to graphic designers. The reports are formulated to the clients needs, budget and time frame.  The information collated in the report is presented in the form of plans, sections, elevations, tables, perspective drawings, photos, images, text, and diagrams and will provide clients with a base for calculating development costs.  This conceptual stage lays the foundation from which the rest of the project builds.
